What is SavedBy Package Protection?Updated 7 hours ago

SavedBy Package Protection is an optional add-on shown at checkout. It covers packages that are:

• Lost during carrier transit
• Stolen after delivery
• Marked delivered but not received
• Damaged during carrier transit

Cost: SavedBy's fee is calculated based on your order and shown as a separate line item at checkout, before you complete your purchase.

How to opt out: SavedBy is selected by default at checkout. To remove it, deselect the SavedBy option before completing your order. If you'd rather not have it added automatically, double check the checkout summary before placing future orders.

Filing a claim: If your order includes SavedBy and something goes wrong in transit, look for the confirmation email SavedBy sends after your order is placed (check spam/promotions if you don't see it), then select File a Claim and follow the instructions. SavedBy reviews each claim and determines whether it qualifies for a refund or replacement — Di Bruno Bros. cannot guarantee approval or a specific outcome.
