SavedBy is added at checkout, so the best way to avoid the charge is to deselect it before completing your purchase.

If you've already placed an order and didn't mean to include SavedBy, submit a request through our Help Center as soon as possible. Our team can check whether the charge is still eligible to be removed — this generally depends on whether the order has begun processing or shipped. We'll follow up to confirm either way.

If the charge can't be removed because the order has already shipped, it can't be refunded after the fact, since SavedBy coverage is active for that shipment from the time it's purchased.
