Order Processing and Shipping

Standard Processing:

• Most orders ship within 1-2 business days (January-October).
• Holiday orders (November-December) ship within the selected ship week.

Shipping Time:

• Shipping times indicated at checkout are for carrier transit only.
• They don't account for processing time.

Order Status:

• Processing: Your order is being prepared for shipment.
• Shipped: Your order has been picked up by the carrier.

Please note:

• Orders placed after 12 PM on Wednesday with "SHIP ASAP" may experience delays.
  • Please note, we will not ship an order Thursday or later if it will not reach the destination by Friday (Saturday for residential delivers, as the carrier will likely not ship between facilities until the following Monday)
• Tracking updates occur once the carrier picks up your package.
