What if I forgot to add a gift note?Updated a month ago

If you forgot to include a gift note with your order, please send it to us as soon as possible. Contact our Customer Service team with your order number and the note you’d like to add, and we will do our best to include it before your gift ships.

Please note that if your order has already shipped, we can not add a note retroactively. For corporate gifting orders, reach out promptly to your concierge representative if you forgot to include a message.
