To ensure a thorough review of your donation request, please provide the following documentation in person at our Rittenhouse Square location:
1. Formal Request Letter: A letter on your organization's official letterhead, detailing the purpose of your request, the event details, and how the donation will be utilized.
2. 501 Status: A copy of your organization's IRS determination letter confirming your tax-exempt status.
3. Event Flyer/Brochure: A promotional flyer or brochure providing information about your event.
Please deliver these materials to a staff member labeled to HR Department's attention or bring them to the attention of our HR department. We will carefully review your request and contact you if we are able to provide support.
