Shipping Policy

Thank you for ordering from Di Bruno Bros.! This section explains our shipping policies to help you receive your order quickly and smoothly.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.
  • "Processing" means the time it takes us to prepare your order for shipment. It does not include the time it takes the delivery company to deliver your package to you.
  • Keep in mind that processing times may be longer during holidays or busy periods.
  • If you place your order after 11:00 AM EST, we may begin processing it the following business day.

Shipping Time & Costs

How much shipping costs and how long delivery takes depends on the shipping method you choose and where you're located. Here's a breakdown:

Shipping Map

  • Ground Shipping
    • Cost: $20.00
    • Free Shipping: Free if your order is over $175 per delivery address AND your delivery address is within the UPS 2-Day Ground Zone (Shaded in Orange & Yellow above)
    • Delivery Time:
      • Perishable Items (items that can spoil, like cheese): 2 business days
      • Note: To make sure perishable items stay fresh, they can only be shipped via Ground Shipping if they're going to an address within the UPS 2-Day Ground service area.
      • Non-Perishable Items (items that won't spoil): Up to 5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (2-Day)
    • Cost: $30.00
    • Discount: You can get a $20 discount if your order is over $175 per address, which brings the cost down to $10.00
    • Delivery Time: 2 business days
    • Area Served: Lower 48 US states (except areas that are already eligible for 3

  • Rush Shipping (Overnight)
    • Cost: $45.00
    • Discount: You can get a $20 discount if your order is over $175 per address, which brings the cost down to $25.00
    • Delivery Time: 1 business day
    • Area Served: Lower 48 US states

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only to the contiguous United States (the 48 states that are connected).
  • We do not ship to:
    • PO Boxes
    • APO/FPO addresses (military addresses)
    • U.S. Territories, Hawaii, or Alaska

Delivery Delays

  • Please be aware that delivery times are estimates. Sometimes, things happen that we can't control, such as weather problems, delivery company delays, and other unexpected issues.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by bad weather, natural disasters, or if you give us an incorrect address or miss part of the address such as a floor, suite or apartment number.
  • If there's a significant delay with your order, we'll do our best to let you know and remedy any issues.

Missing or Lost Packages

  • If your package gets lost during shipping, or if it says it was delivered but you didn't receive it, please contact us within 24 hours of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the delivery company to solve the problem.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can use this tracking number to see where your package is on the delivery company's website: www.ups.com
  • It may take up to 12 hours for the tracking information to show updates.

Perishable Shipping

  • We use special packaging to keep perishable items (like cheese) fresh during shipping. This includes insulated containers and ice packs.
  • Perishable items are usually shipped via our fastest shipping options (Expedited or Rush), and there may be extra restrictions or charges.
    • Please Note: If your address is outside the UPS 2-day delivery zone (the yellow and orange areas on the map above), perishable items must be shipped via expedited shipping. Additional charges may apply.
  • It's your responsibility to make sure someone is available to receive perishable deliveries as soon as they arrive. We're not responsible if these items spoil because no one was there to receive them.

Saturday Delivery

  • Saturday delivery might be available for your address. To make sure the delivery company tries to deliver on Saturday, please select "Residential Address" when you check out.

Order Changes/Cancellations

  • Because our products are perishable, we can't accept any changes or cancellations to your order once it has been processed.

International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping.

Holidays

  • Keep in mind that processing and shipping times may be longer around major holidays.
