Shipping Policy
Thank you for ordering from Di Bruno Bros.! We want you to receive your order quickly and smoothly, so please review our policy below.
Order Processing & Timing
Processing Time: Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 1 business day.
Note: This does not include delivery time. Processing times may be longer during holidays.
Cutoff Time: If you place your order after 11:00 AM EST, processing may begin on the following business day.
Shipping Methods & Costs
The cost and delivery time depend on your chosen method and location. Please note that all delivery times listed are estimates and begin after the 1 business day order processing time.
Shipping Map

1. Ground Shipping (Standard)
Base Cost: $15.00
Delivery Time (Non-Perishable): Up to 5 business days
Ground Free Shipping Eligibility:
Free if:
Your delivery address is within the UPS 2-Day Ground Zone (Orange & Yellow areas on the map above).
The subtotal for that specific shipment is $149.99 or more.
🛑 IMPORTANT: Multiple Recipients Rule
When shipping to multiple addresses, each individual recipient's shipment must meet the $149.99 minimum to qualify that specific shipment for free ground delivery.
2. Expedited Shipping (2-Day)
Base Cost: $30.00
Delivery Time: 2 business days
Area Served: Lower 48 US states
Expedited Shipping Discount:
You automatically receive a $15 discount (bringing the cost to $15.00) if:
The shipment subtotal is $149.99 or more (per recipient).
The shipment cannot use Free Ground Shipping (e.g., it contains perishable items, or the destination is outside the 2-Day Ground Zone).
3. Rush Shipping (Overnight)
Base Cost: $45.00
Delivery Time: 1 business day
Rush Shipping Discount:
You receive a $15 discount if the shipment subtotal is $149.99 or more (per recipient), bringing the cost down to $30.00.
Perishable & Restricted Shipping
Perishable Items (Cheese, etc.)
We use insulated containers and ice packs for perishable items.
Ground Shipping for Perishables is only permitted if the delivery address is within the UPS 2-Day Ground service area.
Outside 2-Day Zone: If your address is outside this zone, perishable items must be shipped via Expedited or Rush shipping.
Delivery Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive perishable deliveries immediately upon arrival. We are not responsible if these items spoil due to delayed receipt.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only to the contiguous United States. We do not ship to:
PO Boxes
APO/FPO (military addresses)
U.S. Territories, Hawaii, or Alaska
Delivery Issues & Information
Order Tracking: We will email you a tracking number (www.ups.com) once your order ships. Tracking updates may take up to 12 hours to appear.
Saturday Delivery: Select "Residential Address" at checkout to ensure the delivery company attempts Saturday delivery (where available).
Delivery Delays: Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or incorrect/incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Missing or Lost Packages: If your package is lost or marked delivered but not received, please contact us within 24 hours of the expected delivery date so we can assist with the claim process.
Order Changes/Cancellations: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept changes or cancellations once an order has been processed.
