Sending a taste of Di Bruno Bros. to many people at once – whether for corporate clients, your team, or a big family celebration – is easy! Our Multi Gift service simplifies sending delicious gifts to various locations in one seamless process.
Here's your step-by-step guide:
Step 1: Choose Your Di Bruno Bros. Gifts & Start Multi Gift
You can begin in one of two ways:
- From an Item Page: When viewing a product you'd like to send, look for a "Send to Multiple Recipients" button directly on the item screen. Clicking this will begin the multi-gift process for that specific item.
- From Your Cart: Alternatively, browse our exquisite selection of cheeses, charcuterie, pantry staples, and gourmet gift baskets. Add all the items you wish to purchase for all your recipients to your shopping cart. Don't worry about assigning them to specific people just yet! Once in your cart, proceed to checkout, and on the first page, select the "Ship to Multiple Addresses?" option.
Step 2: Personalize Your Gifts & Messages
Once you've initiated the multi-gift process, you'll have the option to:
- Add gift wrapping to your selections (where available).
- Include a physical gift card with your package.
- Prepare a digital message that will be sent upon delivery.
You can personalize each message for every recipient! We provide a CSV template that allows you to upload custom notes for each individual, ensuring every gift feels special.
Step 3: Upload Recipient Details
Download our easy-to-use CSV template. Fill in the names, addresses, phone numbers, and your personalized messages for each recipient. Our system will then quickly validate the data, populate your order, and calculate live shipping rates. If there are any issues (like an invalid address), you'll be prompted to correct them before proceeding.
Step 4: Add More Gift Types (Optional)
Need to send different types of gifts to different groups? No problem! You can create separate selections for distinct gift types – for example, one group of gift baskets and another of gourmet cheese boards. Each group can have its own recipient list and customized messages. Our system will combine them into one master order, calculating shipping and tax accordingly.
Step 5: Review & Confirm Your Details
Before finalizing, you'll see a complete overview of your order. This includes all recipients, their assigned gifts, and the total cost, including any applicable automatic discounts and sales tax. You'll also enter your billing and contact information. Review everything carefully to ensure all details are perfect.
Step 6: Submit Your Order
Once everything looks correct, submit your order. You'll receive an immediate confirmation on screen and via email.
Step 7: Complete Payment
After your order is reviewed and approved by our team, you'll receive a secure checkout link via email to complete your payment. Once payment is processed, your multi-gift order will be marked as paid, and individual orders will be created for each recipient, ready for our fulfillment team.
Step 8: Track Your Gifts & Messages
After your gifts have shipped, you can easily log into your dedicated Multi Gift portal. Here, you can track each recipient's delivery status, access tracking links, and confirm that any digital gift messages have been successfully sent upon delivery. Everything is updated in real-time for your convenience.
