To ensure quality standards, all of our perishables are packed in insulated, heat-resistant packaging with safe, reusable ice packs. If you order dry goods as well, we neatly pack them around the other materials in a sturdy, corrugated container. In winter months, we may not cold-pack some of our aged/cured cheeses and meats, depending on the destination.

We're also committed to sustainability! Our boxes, liners, and fill are all recyclable in curbside bins. Our drain-safe ice packs can be reused multiple times. When you're finished with them, simply cut open the pack, pour the contents down the drain and discard the "bag" in the trash.
