We know how important it is to include the perfect message when sending a gift. While you can add a gift message during checkout, we understand that plans can change. Here’s everything you need to know about adding or updating a gift message once your order has been submitted.
Can I Add or Update a Gift Message After Ordering?
Yes — as long as your order has not been fulfilled yet.
If your order is still being prepared, our team may be able to add a new printed gift message or update the one you originally submitted.
Once your order has been packed for shipment, we are no longer able to make changes to the gift message or the order contents.
Can You Send a Digital Gift Message After Fulfillment?
Some gift orders allow you to send a digital message (via email or text) either instantly or when the package ships or is delivered. These options must be selected during checkout.
If you did not choose a digital message while checking out, we are not able to send one after the order has already been fulfilled at this time.
What We Can Do Before Fulfillment
If your order has not shipped yet, we can help with:
- Adding a new printed gift message
- Updating or replacing an existing printed message
- Making sure your note is included before your order is packed
What We Cannot Do After Fulfillment
Once an order has been fulfilled:
- We cannot add or modify printed gift messages
- We cannot send a digital gift message after the fact if it wasn’t selected during checkout
(Digital message delivery is tied to checkout selections and cannot be created afterward.)
